United States of Apology

Paul Jacko

I trust that the readers of the Fog of Chaos are astute enough either to avoid or to disregard MSM, usually transcribed as Main Stream Media, sometimes as Main Socialist Media or Marxist Simpletons’ Media. Our Australian Broadcasting Commission uses the taxpayers money to pour out unwavering stream of anti-USA, socialists and AGW propaganda. Lately, emboldened by the Rudd/Gillard/Brown reign it ceased to bother with the pretence of a lack of bias.

Still, I consider it my entirely futile and painful duty to occasionally observe the ABC’s side to the ever deeper amoral socialist morass. So, one day before Christmas I noticed an interview with some Pakistani general or politician; such descriptions being practically synonymous in Pakistan. The subject matter was an incident on the Afghanistan-Pakistan border, when a number of Pakistani soldiers were killed by the US army. The reporter, a female if I remember correctly, asked him how much is Pakistan upset because USA had failed to apologise. The general blinked twice and then duly announced that very. Obviously. The reporter barely contained her tears.

I would consider it a pretty strong indication that it were indeed Pakistanis, who started shooting at the US troops because so far even the President could not bring himself to apologise to Pakistan. B. H. Obama is usually searching high and low, mostly low, for dictators he could bow to; and for excuses to beg forgiveness of some enemy of the United States.

It is a sorry state of the “sorry” politics that the onus is always on the West, predominantly on USA. Communist China has full immunity. MSM never asked Cuba for an apology. Yet Castro brothers’ reign of terror far surpassed anything done by other South American governments. Being of the Left means you never have to say sorry.
