Left perspective

…from the quill of Antisthenes the Younger

When looking for rough and ready informations on internet, people usually start, and unfortunately often end, with Wikipedia, which is rapidly turning into Leftipedia. So far one can find interesting facts and statistics there. It will not last for long. Socialist International will not allow it.

The figures below are for civilians deaths only. The victims of the lesser, more modern practitioners of the applied Marxism, such as Pol Pot and Castro brothers, are not included. The last two, Islam and socialism are still at it, of course.

 Christianity – total 1,450,000

 The Crusades    1,000,000

Inquisition            350,000

Witch hunts          100,000

 Buddhist/Taoist/Confucian – total 63,446,000

 Mongol Empire    29,927,000

Chinese                   33,519,000

 Islam – total 4,000,000

 Ottoman Empire  2,000,000

Persia (Iran)          2,000,000

 Socialism – total 160,134,000

 Marxist China                         77,277,000

Marxist USSR                           61,911,000

National Socialist Germany 20,946,000

Our Western “elites” are practically unanimous when looking for the causes of all the world’s evils. When the blaming capitalism would stretch credulity of an average TV citizen, they blame the Christianity. Old hypocrite Marx must be chuckling in his grave. The above figures might come handy when you are discussing the question whether a global socialist government could be the answer to the world’s current problems. Well, it could be the answer to the over-population.

I simplify it, so that it is easier to remember:

Christ               1,450,000

Muhammad   4,000,000

Buddha         63,446,000

Marx            160,134,000

Obviously, one has to look at it from the Marxist perspective.

About Antisthenes

A Greek philosopher, a pupil of Socrates. Led a revolt, with Diogenes, against the demands of the city-state and the sophistication of life. Accepted the interrelation of knowledge, virtue, and happiness; and sought the ideal condition for happiness in return to primitivism and self-sufficiency. Rejected all social distinctions as based on convention, scorned orthodox religion as a fabrication of lies, and studied early legends and animal life in order to arrive at a true understanding of natural law. The individual was free and self-sufficient when he was master of his passions, secure in his intelligence, impervious to social or religious demands, and satisfied with the poverty of a mendicant. Needless to say, a person who on the Fog of Chaos adopted the Athenian philosopher's name has nothing whatsoever in common with him.

Nice work, Antisthenes. At first I thought I’d copy the figures for my left and semi-left acquaintances, but then realised it woul be a waste of time. They are secretly proud of their achievements, and are working towards more. Why would they vote for the Greens otherwise?

  2. Taurus says:

The Left works towards destruction of everything it could not possibly hope to build. It is the sadomasochistic ideology; Marxism, in other word.

  7. Goldmaster says:

Gillard and Labor is proud of that statistic. Given the opportunity, they will kill more; that what Marxism is all about.

  8. Helen Power says:

That statistic of the Left murders should be published more often.
